    北京電通2013實習生計劃
    北京電通廣告有限公司為了給中國廣告業培養合格人才、加強與中國廣告學界的聯系與合作,同時為了吸引更多優秀的畢業生加入北京電通廣告有限公司,北京電通媒介統括中心和電通傳媒于2010年10月起發起實習生制度,先后與中國傳媒大學、清華大學、北京大學、中國人民大學、暨南大學、山東大學的廣告學院或者新聞學院建立了緊密的聯系。先后接收了中國傳媒大學、清華大學、北京大學、中國人民大學、南昌大學等高校相關專業即將畢業的大學生和研究生來北京電通實習。實習生分布北京電通的媒介統括中心、電通傳媒、Global Business Practice、策略開發本部、CC統括室等部門。與此同時,北京電通也經常邀請東京電通的專家就業界熱點話題在多所高校做講座,與高校相關領域的師生互動。

    實習生項目由2010年10月開始,已經實施兩屆。第一屆的實習生是2011年畢業的大四學生,主要在電通傳媒實習。中國傳媒大學兩名,北京大學三名,中國人民大學一名。實習期從2011年1月到6月。實習期結束后有兩名畢業生留下來成為北京電通的正式員工,其他的同學繼續他們的學業。第二屆實習生是2012年畢業的大四學生和在校的研究生共18 人,分別來自中國傳媒大學、北京大學、清華大學、中國人民大學、南昌大學。實習的部門分別在媒介統括中心、電通傳媒、Global Business Practice 、策略開發本部、CC統括室等部門。
