| Job description: | 1.As a technical interface between customer and Johnson,daily communicate with overseas key account manager or customer to understand customer requirements
2.Conduct design review to ensure motor design meeting customer's requirements and our standards.
3.Calculate/simulate motor parameters to decide final performance,create design drawings/BOM to initiate prototype building.
4.Design motor components and keep close contact with supplier to ensure manufacturability,quality are guaranteed.
5.Develop design validation plans and conduct motor design validation.
6.Implementation of cost reduction and VAVE activities during product design
7.As a project leader,technically co-ordinate CPT to perform production validation,pilot run, PPAP & mass production launch
8.Initiate and manage engineering/drawing changes to meet customer needs, improve robustness of product design, reduce cost.
9.Provide engineering support to inhouse and global techincal center for quality complaints. |
