4. Independently communicate with the overseas customers on their enquiry via phone and E-mail

1. Establish the daily job SOP which fulfill ISO standard between our department and the branch
2. Establish the critier of KPI measurement.
3. Man power arrangement, job distribution. Monitoring daily job, Training, handle daily operation.
4. Review the daily job monthly and work out relative plan to ensure the performance can achieve the target of company. Implement the policy of company.
