　　1、你教了幾年書? How long have you been teaching?

　　I have been teaching for...

　　2、你打算怎么樣給小朋友上課?How are you going to give lessons to little kids?

　　I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching skills to help children with different learning styles.

　　3、能否示范一下? Can you demonstrate one lesson?

　　Sure. If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle little star 的tune).

　　4、你覺得教小學生跟教中學生有什么不同?What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children?

　　well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body language to help student learn English.The forms of each lesson should be different. Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.

　　5、少兒英語教師面試步驟

　　第一，做個2-3分鐘的自我介紹。（自我介紹主要考口語，從自我介紹中可以看出面試者的英語發音，英語大致水平，面試者的個性及簡歷。看面試者什么的學校和機構，多大規模的。有名氣的學校應聘者比較多，所以從自我介紹就會篩選掉一批人。這里篩選掉的應聘者，主要是連口語發音都不清楚，語言組織能力混亂，個性放不開過于緊張不善表達等等）。

　　第二，15分鐘左右的DEMO展示課。一般都是復試的時候要求。這是最重要的環節，因為英語好不代表你能教課，如果沒有教學經驗會比較麻煩。也看用人機構是想要新老師還是要有經驗的老師。

　　說課的基本步驟：

　　1.Greeting（打招呼，這是基本步驟，一定要和學生或者聽課的老師打招呼，聲音好聽響亮面帶微笑）

　　2.Warm up（熱身，主要是小歌謠類的`TPR，最好有動作，老師要放的開）

　　3.Presentation（演示，教授新單詞新課，最好有閃卡，機構會提供，如果自己做更好。導入有創意能加分。）

　　4.Games（游戲環節是非常重要的，最最簡單的就是比賽，指單詞或者跑卡類的）

　　5.Wrap up（收尾部分，很重要，復習教授過的單詞和句子，最后再以Goodbye song結尾的歌曲來結束課堂。有頭有尾很重要）

　　第三，有的考官會讓你展示才藝表演，比如唱歌跳舞之類的。（和少兒英語相關的就可以，比如兒童歌謠）。
