Students should not take part-time jobs while they are studying in university.”考生在開頭不妨這樣寫：“Whether or not students should take part-time jobs while they are studying in university has been a controversial issue.”接著加以論證。
二類：有些題目帶“best”、“all”或“most”等，這些都屬于“絕對”字眼。對于這些建議考生保持反對觀點，因為該類題目大多把某些因素的重要意義給夸張大了，而否認了其他因素的影響。如：“Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way for parents to teach children responsibility is to have them care for animals.”考生開頭不妨這樣寫：“This argument exaggerates the importance of A and denies the significance of other factors such as B, C, and D which can also contribute to sth./sb.”
三類：該類題目往往將A與B兩事物進行比對，含有“better”或“more…than…”的字眼，針對這類，考生不妨用讓步式寫法。如：“Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It’s better to spend money on pleasant things such as vacations than to save money for the future.”考生開頭就這樣寫：“Although A/B has some benefits for…, I still believe that B/A will exert more significant influence on…”
