    3.Negotiated with Indian dredging company SICAL about the Cutter Section Dredger “Sical Portofino” about re-operation on Apr. 2012 with project manager, plays a role as contract management principal.
    4.Project Section Director of Cutter Section Dredger (1250m3/h), including but not limited to operation, vessel supply, sea measure and sailors management, etc. analyzing its working efficiency every week based on its daily report as well as daily performance, calculating the volume of five CSD every day and every month and reported to the consultant for final approval.
