      據網上調查稱,幾乎90%以上的簡歷都存在著一個嚴重問題,即求職者在“工作經歷”一欄中通篇描述的都是崗位職責和日常工作內容,而對于自己工作的業績和成果,卻只字未提。羅列出你之前做過什么并不是最重要的,最重要的是讓HR知道你的工作績效如何、有哪些工作成果。可偏偏不少人就在這最重要的一項上敗下陣來。

      在個人工作簡歷中“工作經歷”一欄里填的都是工作職責,對HR來說幾乎毫無參考和評估的價值。對于這一項,一定要轉變表述方式,體現過去的工作成果是你的首要任務,而工作職責和工作內容是工作中人人都要遵從的標準,并不能說明你在工作創造的價值。區分這兩個概念,是寫好工作經歷這部分內容的關鍵所在。

      列出你過去的工作成績,是為了展現你的.核心競爭力。要盡量提供工作簡歷中提到的業績和能力的證明資料,并作為附件附在工作簡歷的后面。一定要記住是復印件,千萬不要寄原件給招聘單位,以防丟失。在能力或業績總結中要突出自己主要的“賣點”和成功案例——這一切都應當與你想要應聘的職位緊密結合。你可以用頭銜、嘉獎來突出所取得的成就。頭銜意味著你在公司的地位,更意味著你的職責;嘉獎意味著他人對你的客觀肯定。

      對于業績平平的“路人甲”型求職者,該怎么吸引HR的目光呢?答案是呈現細節,展現自己解決問題的能力。最好是用數字來闡述工作業績。例如,每個月你的銷售額是多少;你幫助客戶解決了多少問題或獲利多少;你談下多少客戶;完成某個項目,你為公司節省多少成本等。量化工作業績,不僅是寫簡歷的重要技巧,在日常工作中你也要樹立這樣的意識,對提升能力和效率大有益處。

      1、如果你是第一次制作簡歷,建議你使用規范的簡歷模板,比如前程無憂提供的簡歷模板。

      2、簡歷制作完成后,應仔仔細細、從頭到尾再讀一遍,檢查文字是否順暢、有沒有出現錯別字。

      3、不要遺漏手機號碼,這是HR與你聯系的首要途徑。

      4、日期或數字的寫法前后要一致,不要前面寫“20xx年9月”,后面是“20xx.9”。

      5、不要用水印,這樣會影響文字的呈現效果。
