溫馨提示：三大面試技巧
一、明確求職目標，切忌盲目自卑
有些畢業生在求職面試多次碰壁后變得茫然，不知所措，不知道自己能干什么，適合干什么，缺乏自我定位。還有些畢業生為了表示自己的誠意，在求職面試時跟招聘者說，我什么都能干，沒有工資都行，只要給我一個機會。這使得用人單位哭笑不得：對高校畢業生，特別是屢遭挫折的求職者來說，掌握就業信息十分重要。在當前畢業生大幅度增加的情況下，要切忌把目標定得過高，并要不斷總結經驗教訓，鍥而不舍地為實現自己的目標而努力。
二、備好求職材料，切忌面面俱到
畢業生首先必備的是一份簡歷，一份求職信。一分“推銷”自己的簡歷一、兩頁紙就夠了，冗長的簡歷往往被招人聘人隨手擱置一旁。簡歷要避免錯字、別字和拼寫錯誤;要突出自己的能力、專長或師從的著名教授。切忌面面俱到，要突出重點，使用人單位在最短的時間里就能了解應聘者最主要的內容。
簡歷不要花里胡哨，如果是電子簡歷，不宜帶任何圖案的點綴，以免被單位的服務器當作病毒拒收。寄簡歷的同時，應附上一封簡要的求職信，概述一下自己的目標和愿望，再簡述自己的經歷和能力。不要同時給多家單位發千篇一律的求職信。一些畢業生抱著“廣種博收”的心理狀態把“精美的”自薦材料復印若干份寄往不同的用人單位，這些毫無個性的`自薦材料又有多少會引起招聘者的注意呢?其結果也許只有一個——當廢紙處理掉。
三、衣著舉止得體，切忌不拘小節
國外的一位招聘專家曾說過：“我們很注意觀察應聘者的行為舉止。當應聘者來到房間后，我會注意觀察他是否等我請他坐下時再坐”。
很多畢業生并不知道，招聘者對應聘者衣著和舉止言行的觀察尤其細致。誰都知道不能穿一件花襯衣和五顏六色的襪子去面試、盡管西服、領帶顯得有點嚴肅，但還是最好的著裝。畢業生如果不顧自己的條件，臨近畢業進行美容、購置高檔服裝等全面“包裝”的做法也并不可取。
