　　溫馨提示：如何當好實習生

　　作為實習生，可能受限于對公司的認識和理解，不能有很好的工作成果，但是實習生的優勢是沒有“部門視野”的限制，可以帶來新的想法和思想，如果只追求完成其他同事交給的任務，是無法獲得“超越期望的表現”評價的，而這，應該是一個追求實習轉正的人應該做到的，通常在以下幾個方面能提出自己解決方案的實習生會得到刮目相看的禮遇。

　　1)把項目當成自己的項目，如果你是項目的PM，你有沒有看出改善的空間，你能不能哪怕有1%的提高?

　　2)前瞻性：以后的'項目會面臨哪些挑戰，有哪些是可以現在事先做好預防的?

　　3)人家只有60分的期望，你能做100分，并愿意為此付出額外的甚至私人的精力。

　　5、不要急躁

　　實習生應該積極表現，但不要走到另外一個極端，無時不刻地秀表現，以前的實習生都是太靦腆，現在反過來了，很多是表演過度。也記得時常總結一下自己的實習收獲。
