　　如果決定離職的話，除了口頭上向上司請辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應缺少的步驟。

　　辭職信內容

　　離職日期、辭去的工作職位。

　　簡述辭職原因。(可提可不提)

　　向公司、上司及同事表示謝意。

　　要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

　　用詞友善

　　無論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動辭職，撰寫辭職信時，措詞切記要適當、友善，千萬不要把辭職信當作發泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數公司、老板的不是。
