Property Manager Resume Cover Letter
Respected Mr. Cooper,
I would like to bring to your notice that I am keen on joining your organization and so would like to apply for the position of a property manager. I came across an advertisement on your company website regarding the ongoing recruitment process going on in your organization in similar position.
I am currently working with High Rise Property Developers since last two years in the position of property manager. I am responsible for working as a link between the buyer or tenant and the seller or landlord for various residential as well as commercial properties and also handle the complaints of the residents or tenants. Sometimes I also have to advise clients regarding the process of investment in properties so that their money is invested in right property. I am aware about the changing trends in the market and possess excellent negotiation as well as convincing skills.
